The scrap standard of glass lined reactor

1. During the hydraulic test, the glass lined reactor has obvious deformation or the residual deformation exceeds the specified value.

2. The local corrosion of the wall thickness of the kettle body exceeds the smaller value specified in the design, and the corrosion area is greater than 20% of the total area.

3. The uniform corrosion of the wall thickness of the glass lined reactor exceeds the smaller value specified in the design.

4. Defects exceeding the standard (such as: serious structural defects endangering safe operation, unqualified welds, severe incomplete penetration, cracks, etc.) and cannot be repaired.

 5. When there are cracks in the kettle body or weld that cannot be repaired due to alkali brittleness or severe intergranular corrosion.

When we use the glass lined reactor, we must always pay attention to the use of the equipment, and ensure its material, durability, service life and other aspects of performance. If it cannot be used in refurbishment, it must be carried out in time. Replacement to ensure the safety of equipment and operation and avoid dangerous accidents.
