1. Feeding: Be cautious when feeding. There should not be any hard objects falling into the glass lined equipment. At the same time, the heating material in the empty tank and the cold material in the hot tank should be avoided as much as possible, and the temperature difference should not exceed the technical indicators of the equipment. When materials are added to the equipment, they should be strictly prevented from entraining lump metal or debris. For large hard materials, they should be crushed and added. Minimize the temperature difference between the material and the tank wall as much as possible to avoid heating material in cold tank or adding cold material in hot tank.
2. Discharging: When discharging, if the bottom of the tank is blocked, do not use metal implements to shovel, but use bamboo sticks, plastic sticks, or wooden sticks to gently poke open. When cooling is required at the end of the reaction, cooling water must be passed into the jacket after the temperature in the tank has naturally dropped to a certain level to prevent sudden cooling. In the alternating action of acid and alkali, the service life of non-alkali-resistant enamel equipment is greatly shortened, so attention should be paid to choosing enamel equipment with better alkali resistance. The acid-resistant glass lined reactor should be avoided in the occasion of alternating acid and alkali. When discharging, if there is any fragments of the porcelain layer, it should be opened immediately for inspection, and the porcelain surface should be repaired before use.
If the glass lined reactor is not operated strictly in accordance with the process regulations, it will affect the safety of the operation of the glass lined equipment, reduce the service life of the glass lined equipment, and even cause safety accidents.
