Technical index and test method of deformation tolerance of glass lined reactor
In order to ensure that the product quality of the glass lined reactor can meet the relevant standards and give users a satisfactory answer, corresponding inspections are required before the glass lined reactor leaves the factory. Today, the editor introduces the technical indicators of the deformation tolerance of the reactor before leaving the factory. And test method:
1. The maximum and minimum flange diameter difference ≤0.1%Dg: use a meter to measure the maximum and minimum flange diameters, and the difference is regarded as the ellipticity;
2. Flange unevenness allowed ≤ 0.3%Dg: Use a feeler gauge to measure the maximum gap between the plane and the standard plane as the unevenness;
3. The levelness of the flange surface of the stirring hole a is allowed to be ≤10: the pot cover is buckled to the horizontal surface, and then a ruler is placed on the flange surface of the stirring hole, and the outer circle of the flange of the pot cover is measured with a right angle triangle. The height of the surface, take the highest value and the lowest value to calculate tga≈△hmax/Dg;
4. Flange compression surface width ≥ 10mm: Use a ruler with thickness ≤ 5mm, place it on the flange and rotate it 180o over the diameter, and measure the width of the compression surface (where the continuous gap ≤ 0.5mm);
5. The upper end of the stirrer has a radial full-bounce packing seal that allows ≤0.30mm: install the stirrer on the inspection frame to rotate the stirrer, and install a dial gauge on the contact surface between the stirrer spindle and the stuffing box for measurement;
6. Pipe unstraightness (including thermometer casing) allowed ≤0.3%L: Pipe unstraightness (including thermometer casing) allowed ≤0.3%L.
The above is the description of the corresponding technical indicators about the deformation tolerance of the glass lined reactor, and the corresponding test methods are also given.
