Preparation of the glass lined reactor before entering the tank
In order for the glass lined reactor to run smoothly, the glass lined reactor must be inspected regularly, and the equipment needs to be repaired after the porcelain surface is found to be lost. Before entering the tank, there are many things that we need to pay attention to. We will understand the specific matters together:
1. Guardians must supervise the whole process of entering the tank, and take remedial measures as soon as possible when problems are found.
2. Close all the feed valves and disconnect the valve from the feed pipe and add a blind plate to prevent materials from entering the tank during the tank.
3. Learn more about the safety of the production workshop and the hazards that toxic and harmful gases may cause to people within a certain period of time, and make protection and emergency preparations.
4. Thoroughly clean the glass lined reactor to prevent the gas generated by the decomposition of the material and the remaining materials from harming the human body.
5. Cut off the power to the motor that drives the stirring rotation and send a special person to look after it or remove the triangle belt to prevent the mistaken power supply from causing damage to the operator in the tank due to the stirring rotation.
6. Be sure to wear protective glasses when polishing and avoid the front of the repaired part to prevent the glass lined layer from exploding and damaging the eyes and face.
7. When entering equipment that has used highly toxic materials, in addition to forced ventilation, wearing a gas mask, but also wearing a seat belt, if any adverse symptoms are found, the guardian should immediately pull the operator out of the tank.
8. It is necessary to measure flammable and toxic gases and replace the air in the tank to prevent the residual gas in the reactor that is harmful to the human body, and if necessary, wear a gas mask to lower the tank and force ventilation.
The above items are the items that need to be paid attention to before entering the glass lined reactor. Only after understanding these items can we ensure the normal operation of the equipment during use and operation, and more effectively extend the service life of the equipment.
