Requirements for bottom tires of glass lined reactor
The first factor in the quality of the glass lined reactor is the bottom tire. Without a high-quality base tire, there can be no high-quality glass lined reactor. In order to ensure the quality of the equipment, there are stricter requirements on the bottom tire. Let’s work with the editor to understand the requirements of the glass lined reactor for the bottom tire.
1. The weld on the bottom surface of the glass lined reactor should be polished clean before sandblasting.
2. The pressing surface of the butt flange of the glass lined reactor should ensure the tightness under the design pressure.
3. The deviation of the bottom surface of the welding seam is less than 10% of the thickness, and the flange unevenness is less than 0.15% of the diameter.
4. The bottom surface of the glass lined reactor should be flat, and there should be no obvious mechanical defects, such as tool marks, pits, interlayers, etc.
5. The welding path on the surface of the bottom tire should be straight and neat, and the width of the weld should not exceed 1.5 times the thickness of the steel plate. Welded joints should be smoothly transitioned, and defects such as slag, holes, edges, and seepage are not allowed.
The excellent performance of current user equipment manufacturers is strictly controlled by layers, and attention should be paid to the selection, because with the wide application of equipment, many unqualified equipment has appeared. The influence of everyone’s choice, the choice must be referenced. Choose qualified products from regular manufacturers.
