Precautions for no-load operation of glass lined reactor

The glass lined reactor must be run without load before it is officially put into use. This is for better testing equipment performance. In order to better carry out its no-load operation, what should we pay attention to?

　　 1. After the no-load trial operation, a trial run with additional water should be carried out for 4-8 hours, and the trial run with materials should be no less than one reaction period.

　　2. The lining of the glass lined reactor shall not leak or bulge. The inner coiled tube, pressing tube and thermometer casing shall be firm and reliable.

　　3. The rotation is brisk, and the lubrication of all parts meets the requirements. It is better to empty first when switching between cold water and steam, and the replacement must be done slowly.

　　4. The temperature of the motor and reducer is normal, the temperature of the rolling bearing should not exceed 70℃, and the temperature of the sliding bearing should not exceed 65℃.

　　5. The sealing of the glass lined reactor is reliable, the leakage meets the requirements, and the swing amount of the seal should not exceed the specified value.

　　 The precautions for the no-load test operation of the glass lined reactor are very important, and we must master it. After each production, the reactor should be rinsed. If the tank needs to be cleaned, soft-soled shoes should be worn, and hard objects should not be brought into the tank. Be careful not to use hard materials to scrape, so as not to damage the enamel of the tank surface.
