What are the requirements for enamel in the glass lined reactor
When the glass lined reactor is produced, there are certain requirements for its enamel. If you want to use it better, you should understand the requirements for enamel. The following is a detailed introduction:
1. Acid resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents. The corrosion rate is 1.0g/m2.d.
2. Alkali resistance: The corrosion resistance of the glass lined reactor to alkaline solution is worse than that of acid solution. The corrosion rate is 7.0g/m2.d.
3. Operating temperature: The heating and cooling of the enamel equipment should be carried out slowly. The operating temperature is 0-200℃, and the temperature resistance is ≥200℃.
4. Porcelain layer thickness: the thickness of the porcelain layer of the glass lined reactor is 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of the porcelain layer of the enamel equipment accessories is 0.6-1.8mm.
5. Piezoelectric resistance: Enamel has good insulation. When the enamel is inspected with 20KV high-frequency electric spark within the specified thickness, the high-frequency electric spark cannot break down the porcelain layer.
6. Impact resistance: The smaller the internal stress of the porcelain layer, the better the elasticity, the greater the hardness, and the higher the bending and compressive strength, the better the impact resistance. When the enamel layer is within the specified thickness and is impacted by a steel ball with a diameter of 30mm and a weight of 112g, its impact energy is 282×10-3J (the index for excellent products is 260×10-3J).
