1. Structure classification:

a. The downward spreading type flush valve is suitable for crystalline materials. It is ideal for discharging materials with larger granularities. Since the sealing valve plate is made of F46 material, the temperature resistance is below 100 degrees Celsius and is not wear-resistant, so attention must be paid. For specific use, it can be replaced with tetrafluoroethylene material, so that the temperature resistance can reach 220 degrees Celsius. The wear resistance is also improved. In special cases, the particles are relatively viscous and can be lengthened to form thorns at the end of the valve core, so that it can be used as a "furnace" when the valve is continuously opened and closed. b. The up-opening type flush valve is suitable for pharmaceutical companies without the need for material accumulation at the flush port of the reactor. In special cases, due to the use of upward expansion, the material can be effectively drained when the material settles. So as to flush materials quickly.
