Operation method for heating and cooling of heat transfer oil in glass lined reactor

The main ways to obtain high temperature in the glass lined reactor are steam heating, electric heating, water heating and the heat transfer oil heating we are going to talk about today. The heat transfer oil circulates the heat transfer oil in the system through a high temperature oil pump, and it is repeatedly heated. Here is a brief introduction to the operation method of heating and cooling oil:

　　 heat transfer oil (organic heat carrier) heating operation

　　 1. After confirming that other operations are completed, confirm that all control valves in the jacket are closed.

　　 2. Open the hot oil return valve (fully open) and open the hot oil inlet valve (adjustment).

　　3. The heat transfer oil should be heated slowly, within 150℃, and the heating rate should be controlled within 3℃/min and above 150℃. Operate according to the process operation regulations.

　　4. The oil valve should be opened and closed slowly (counterclockwise to open, clockwise to close), and avoid excessive force; after finishing the heating or heat preservation program required by the process, close the hot oil inlet valve and hot oil return valve.

　　 Glass lined reactor heat transfer oil (organic heat carrier) cooling operation

　　 1. After confirming that other operations are completed, confirm that all control valves in the jacket are closed.

　　 2. Open the cold oil return valve (fully open) and open the cold oil inlet valve (adjust); the heat transfer oil should be cooled slowly, and the cooling speed should be controlled within 3°C/min.

　　3. The oil valve should be opened and closed slowly (counterclockwise to open, clockwise to close), and avoid excessive force. After completing the cooling or heat preservation procedures required by the process, close the cold oil inlet valve and the cold oil return valve.

According to the above steps, the heating and cooling operation of the heat transfer oil in the glass lined reactor can effectively obtain the temperature required in the production process and can more accurately control the temperature, without sudden changes in temperature, making the operation easier and more convenient .
