　　 3. If there is a power failure or a power failure during feeding, immediately stop feeding and open the vent valve. For long-term shutdown, the remaining liquid in the kettle should be cleaned and cleaned, and the feed valve, steam inlet valve, bottom valve and discharge valve should be closed.

　　4. The condensate discharge is blocked and the reactor is severely deformed. Emergency measures shall be taken to discharge the condensate. If it is still invalid, emergency measures shall be taken to stop the reaction.
