Precautions for the use of glass lined reactor
Glass lined reactors are widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide and other processes due to their rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, sanitation, and no environmental pollution. Do you know what precautions should be taken when using glass lined reactors? ? Here are some precautions for the use of glass lined reactors:
1. For reactors equipped with mechanical seals, the sealing parts should be kept clean. Stainless steel reactor, electric heating reactor
2. When the lowest temperature is lower than 0℃, the water in the jacket should be drained after use to avoid damage to the equipment due to freezing.
3. It is strictly forbidden to knock the glass lined surface or its shell, and prevent hard objects from falling into the tank to damage the glass lined surface during operation. Stainless steel reactor, electric heating reactor
4. When opening a manhole or handhole, the glass lined surface of the manhole or handhole cover should be placed face down on a support made of cork, and the glass lined surface should not be placed directly on a hard floor or steel platform, or Place the glass lined face up. The removed clamps should be placed neatly nearby and should not hinder operation or walking.
5. During operation, try to avoid contact of the tank shell with acid, alkali and other corrosive liquids. Once there is contact with materials, wipe it off with a rag in time. Stainless steel reactor, electric heating reactor
6. During operation, check whether the thermometer sleeve is in contact with the material. Due to the large thermal resistance of the glass lined tube, the temperature display in the tank generally lags behind the actual temperature to a certain extent. The thermal inertia and display hysteresis factors should be taken into account during heating and cooling operations.
7. It is forbidden to rinse the equipment shell with water to avoid damage to the insulation layer.
8. It is strictly forbidden to suddenly cool or heat the glass lined reactor during use, so as not to damage the glass lined surface.
9. If the bottom of the tank is blocked during discharging, do not use metal tools to hit it, but use a bamboo stick, plastic stick or wooden stick to gently poke it open. If glass lined debris is found when discharging, it should be opened immediately for inspection and used after repair.
